Hatha Yoga for Beginners

Welcome to Healthy Emerald!

I created Healthy Emerald with the intent of helping others.

Two life-changing experiences have led me to create Healthy Emerald.

The first experience is the life-changing ongoing battle with food which I have finally overcome with a balanced lifestyle and excellent mentors.

My second life-changing experience was being attacked by a pack of dogs leaving me traumatized, panicked and stressed for far too long.

Being an animal lover, especially dogs, this last experience left me incredibly changed and not for the better.

I was afraid to go outside, period.

A doctor encouraged me to try CBD oils, and I did.

From that day forward my life has taken many great strides for the better, and I promised myself I would share this with the world as CBD is not as well known for its benefits as it should be.

People are looking for simple methods to help them through their busy lives without having to go through too much trouble finding which technique works best for them.

Ways that will enable them to live their lives feeling their healthiest, happiest and whole.

Folks everywhere are stressed and overworked with little time to research what would best suit their needs.

The most inspiring thing that has happened to me is meeting the right teachers at the right moment during hard times.

Practicing yoga for spiritual and physical strength has helped me with what was a tough challenge.

Throughout my life, I’ve had eating disorders in one way or another and overcoming this was hard work.

I never gave up on myself, and I genuinely feel this is because I had the help of those around me who were highly educated and well versed on the topic of mind, body, and spirit.

One of my many victories was shedding fifty pounds and keeping it off.

The image in the mirror wasn’t as bad as how intensely unhappy I felt inside my skin.

Everything hurt by the extra weight my body was enduring.

My relationship with food was not a healthy one.

I wasn’t happy inside my skin, and that led to other problems many of us deal with daily.

Trying the newest diet or exercise was my way of life during my teen years up until I reached the age of 50.

It got incredibly tiring after these many years.
It wasn’t the optimal way to live, and I knew others were willing to help if only I were ready to receive the information.

It takes commitment to creating lasting resolutions, and it’s not easy.

I have found the only way to build transformation in your life is to want that difference with passion.

So many people are looking for quick fixes which ultimately will not work as those ‘fixes’ fade away.

By establishing a solid daily practice along with eating the right foods your body will love you for, you too can achieve incredible long-lasting results.

Having had the honor of knowing and practicing with world-class teachers and applying these teachings to my daily life, I am now able to share it with you.

Achieving a healthier and happier way of living doesn’t happen over-night.

It takes time and consistency.

Being patient is the best possible way to accomplish long-lasting results.

Now, I am living a wholly healthy life without past traumas creating habits that were not helping me.

Helping others find ways to nourish themselves and giving them the opportunity to engage themselves in a newer life with endless definite possibilities is a fantastic opportunity for myself and those receiving the information.

There is a plethora of information on the Internet and countless self-help books out there.

It can get overwhelming with too much information making it hard to decide what works and what doesn’t.

I gather what information I feel is best for anyone looking to make positive change happen.

I am a firm believer that it’s never too late to create the life you desire to live.

Being a great example of this as I can confidently say I am happier and healthier now than I’ve ever been.

Healthy Emerald is an ongoing creative endeavor, and I’m continually reviewing new information, so, please check back and be sure to use the search box to help you find what you may be seeking.

Thanks for stopping by and come back again.
